Do what you are able. Let others do work you are unskilled, less skilled, or dislike. It is a simple concept.

This is not unique to games. You pay a doctor, you pay a mechanic, you pay a plumber. They have specialties and they spend years developing their talents and experience.

Good teams have plenty of specialized skills. They are working together, and don't feel threatened by letting others do their own work.
