Sutter wasn't annoyed, he was amused that someone could so naively use incorrect terminology without knowing any better. He was laughing at you. At least at Microsoft, they make calculated decisions to do things differently, in order to penetrate and control a market. Somehow, I doubt you made such a decision concerning this matter. --Suigintou 19:25, 27 April 2008 (CDT)

What was "incorrect"? std::lib? I don't see how it's possible for it to be "incorrect", when it was an unused term that I defined. (A quick search of the standard gives no matches for /lib /.) And good to know that he'll laugh at it while bemoaning the state of C++ education, rather than take the 30 seconds it would take to make a comment about it. (Considering it's a wiki, and anonymous edits and comments are enabled.) And I fail to see how making calculated decisions to be wrong and scr... err... hurt the customer is an admirable trait, or makes it an "awesome" place to work. (I see no other way to interpret "control a market".) Perhaps I'll have to stop treating as a joke the idea that Microsoft was for people that would rather work elsewhere but got drawn with more money[1]. --me22 20:19, 27 April 2008 (CDT)

I have no idea why your sig ends up showing pfeilspitze! Very strange. A bug in Mediawiki? Do you have some strange things set up in your preferences? --Ryan Clark 17:41, 10 May 2006 (EDT)

Hehe, sorry about the flooding, didn't realise. --JoshuaSmyth 18:16, 7 July 2006 (EDT)
