This is the only place where I could think to place 'backups'. The other categories do not seem to be very appropriate...

Like Almar, I couldn't find a better place to list the communication tools. Perhaps a new Tools section?

I think the communication tools are relevant to programming so maybe have them both here and in the Tools section.

Is the Vista bashing, really required under the Backups section? For one, its discouraging, and two its highly biased. In short its totally unnecessary and off topic.

Also the section Automated build process is an out of date duplication of http://wiki.gamedev.net/index.php/Tools:Programming Crossplatform Build Systems. "If information is stored in two places, then one is incorrect"
