[edit] Re-editing: proposal

The STL is extremely vast. Therefore, I believe that this section would improve a lot if the following changes were implemented:

  • make this article an introduction to the STL and list it's components along with a brief introduction to them.
  • create specialized articles on the STL's components and link to them from the STL page.
  • In the component's article, insert a small basic tutorial.

Good idea. I think the reason it hasn't been split up before, is because it started small and has slowly grown into the lengthy article is now is. You've got some good initiatives, Mecanismo :) Sion 17:06, 27 Aug 2005 (EDT)
