irrKlang is a free high level 2D and 3D cross platform sound engine and audio library which plays WAV, MP3, OGG, MOD, XM, IT, S3M and more file formats, usable in C++ and all .NET languages (C#, VisualBasic.NET, etc).
It is developed by the Irrlicht Engine team and can only be used for non-commercial products, if you want to use irrKlang for a commercial product you'll need to buy it.
