Terminator as I see it has nothing to do with speech recognition, speech processing and formulating intelligent answers. Terminator is just an intelligent animal, it doesn`t know anything about history or literature, it can`t talk, which is kind of frightening. So it`s not really like what you see in the Terminator movie.

The basic idea is that when you know your enemy`s goal and the factors that can contribute to the achievement or the failure of the goal, if you have the mobility to work on/influence those factors you can stop your enemy from achieving the goal.
