That's what I call inversing the situation...

Ok... two days ago I was searching for someone to help me in my main (and currently only) contract because I was working 200+ hours per month on that contract.

Yesterday the situation turned around by 180? when my client called me. To cut the story short: He thinks that I work too much and that he must now keep an eye on his money. It would be good if I only would work... say... 100 hours per month... ... ...

He made a working offer that I politely refused making an offer myself that I cut down all remaining work items to the 2 that are the most important and that I would work 160h this month and 120h per month from next month on.

This morning I had a chat about this where he thanked me about the suggestion. Soo... I assume that he accepted.

Nevertheless, I started to re-update my Xing and LinkedIn profile. If someone is looking for a freelance programmer with my profile (either serious business or games), please feel free to contact me.

Thanks and have fun,
Stefan
